Tapping for a Good Night Sleep
I've done an earlier blog on being able to sleep the night before an event, specifically the first day of school. This post is different in that it is has a tapping script that can be used every night before bed. I have a nightly tapping routine which helps me let go of the day, get ready for bed, and set myself up for the best sleep possible. Since I have adopted this ritual I have had very few, if any, nights where I couldn't get right to sleep. It's one of my main stress-reducing strategies. I encourage you to listen, try it out, and make it a part of your regular routine.
