Tapping for a Long Day Ahead

Sometimes life gets very full and despite our best efforts, a day can be completely scheduled from 7:00 am to midnight. I had a day like that recently and I recorded this video to show how to tap at the beginning of a crazy long day in order to have enough focus and energy to get through the whole thing. The day in question started with me heading into school, teaching a full day, coming home and making dinner, doing work on the computer and then driving my son to London, dropping him off with my Mom and returning to Toronto. The day actually ended at 12:30 am, and although I am prone to getting sleepy if I drive any great length, that night I was alert for the whole round trip (about 5 and a half hours)

. It was the best day that I could have considering the parameters. Try it out, it just might help!
