Letting Go of the Day

I usually end my day with some tapping. I like to tap right before bed so that I release the events of the day from my mind and gently coax both mind and body to be ready for sleep. It's a gentle way to wind down and I'll tell you, since I started this practice I rarely have trouble getting to sleep. Here is a tap-a-long to follow to release the day. It's pretty specific for teachers, but would work for anyone. It really does just invite the tapper to let go of everything that happened during the day, the good, the bad and the ugly.
