

Starting a Daily Tapping Practice
In this week's video blog you will learn how to set up a daily tapping routine. Just like daily flossing prevents the buildup of plaque, daily tapping prevents the buildup of stress and the health issues that come with chronic stress. Letting Go of the Day
I usually end my day with some tapping. I like to tap right before bed so that I release the events of the day from my mind and gently coax both mind and body to be ready for sleep. The night before school starts is traditionally a "no sleep" night for teachers and students. We are not even back to school and I'm already feeling the back to school stress. I went into my classroom this week, but not enough to really feel prepared for Tuesday. Mind you, it doesn't matter how much I prepare, I never feel ready for the first day of school.
